No, its bullshit.

No matter how much you love someone, you may still hate one or two things like how the person farts, treats you in bed, so on and so forth.

But, true lovers rise above all these imperfections and learn to accept each other status quo.

Unfortunately, Love is subject to an infinte number of connotations, definitions, theories and heresy. Love is about honesty, growth, acceptance and compromise.
To me, loving someone "completely" means that you take both the aspects you like of them AND the harder personality characterists and you accept them both. You accept the person completely for who they are and they accept you, you support them and feel supported, you cherish them and feel cherished.
