As late as last year I was timid and kept to myself. Call it an epiphany, but I will never be the same. Life is something to be celebrated. You gotta live, know what I mean? Who's with me?!?!

Yeah I used to be a drug addict, I've been clean for over a year now. I never went to any meetings I woke up one day and decided I wanted to live clean. I never lost complete control of my life, but it does feel alot better now not being dependent on something so horrible. My lifestyle has done a complete 180.

I was nearly killed in a car crash in 1993 and it opened my eyes a little bit about life. I was not a nice person before this wreck and actually was mean and hateful at times. I was given a second chance to live life without taking things for granted. We don't know when our end will come, so, talk nice to people, be friends to everyone. Life today like it is your last and love like there is no tomorrow. Peace to you and good luck with your future !

im so with you. i used to be so shy, and then one day like 6 years ago, something in me changed, and all of a sudden i had a lot of confidence and became quite outgoing. ever since that moment, i've met so many amazing people, have had the courage to travel to various countries on my own, not knowing who i'd meet when i landed, i've backpacked places, studied abroad, and have become so much more independent. life is too amazing to let it pass by w/out enjoying it!!

yeah, i was in a car accident about 3 years ago. the cop investigating didn't even call me for two days, he said he didn't think they had pulled anyone out of my vehicle ( meaning alive). that changed everything, the way i spoke, acted, treated people, didn't worry about minor things. it was a huge eye opener.
