does anybody else think this movie is going to BOMB?? Just because the title is sooo stupid!

Apparently, the movie created a huge fan base already on the internet, and the actors went back and did reshoots to make the movie longer and add some more lines for Samuel L Jackson! And they considered changing the name, but the internet fans protested it so much that they decided to keep it Snakes on a Plane!!
I think it's so funny that it is named that, and that they are actually making a movie about snakes on a plane!!

It may not. The movie already has a large internet fan base. The plot states that someone who was a witness or something at a trial has to go under witness protection and was escorted by police via the plane. And one of the villains from the trial let poisonous snakes loose on the plane and they end up biting and killing everybody. The plot is kind of weird.

I don't see it winning any awards, but as it already has a huge fan base before being released I imagine it will do so-so at the box office but end up being a cult classic and will be on the video store rental shelves for decades to come.

I think you have to take it lightly. It's not going to be Air Force One but it's not trying to be. I'm going to go see (Midnight show I hope). Not because it will be the greatest movie ever, but I will have a great time watching it.

I think it will do well because it is a spoof on disaster/action flicks. It is not serious, so it will probably stink less than your average summer movie.
At least its trying to be bad.

it actually might do good for awhile because of the title, it will just after a few months be under the comedy section at your blockbuster

..i love snakes,not the movie...don't even have to see it to know it will be bad.the snakes will be the best part.
