When the government messes up the balance of protection vs. liberties putting my family or I in danger citing the 'right to defend liberties' or sacrificing genuine freedoms to protect from invisible unspoken terrors. I would consiter the government an enemy if they began a war within the county, had such intolerance that it was a treat, took over the economy, killed citizens without just cause (death penalty excluded as I am unsure of this being just or not) or if they had no system of checks and balances. I would consiter the govt against me if Hillary Clinton wins primarys.

When it tried to take away my first 3 rights.
Life(abortion) Liberty(taxes), and the pursuit of happiness(driving while drunk, sex with whoever wherever and whatever).
Oh but they have!
Oh wait there is a provision to that.
I don't step on anyone and they don't step on me.
Life, for all, liberty, for all, and the pursuit of happiness till it puts someone else in danger. Then your liberty and life may be in danger.
