I have 2 favorites...
1. My antique meat cutter's table that I use as an island. I use it every day.
2. The dishwasher. I love to cook, but hate to wash dishes.
GREAT QUESTION!!!

The can opener. It would be yours too if you ever had to open a can with a hammer and knife. lol. We had our can opener break a few months ago, and in order to have veggies at dinner, I had to use a hammer and knife in order to open it. Luckily got another one the next day. I mean, you can stir food with practically anything, pick food up with practically anything, but you'd have a hard time using anything but a can opener to open a can.

my iron skillet and griddle, i have to have my iron skillet, and griddle on my stove all the time, i fry my easy over eggs on it, i can make damn near anything on the iron skillet and griddle and it will not stick to it. i don't burn anything on it.
when i was in the hospital for three months last year, son put my iron skillet and griddle in the broiler part of the stove, i looked for that iron skillet and griddle for about three days, and b---hed about it, until it was put back on my stove,
my family members found it so i would shut up about them. then it has to be my metal flipper, wooden spoons and silver pot for boiling stuff. they are my main equipment i use in the kitchen.
since you brought it up, WHAT'S FOR SUPPER? lol

Non-stick frying pan. Perfect for: breakfasts, curries, pasta dishes, steaks, burgers, fired sandwiches, and much, much more.
And, most importantly, it only takes a few seconds to clean!

We have a thing, I don't know what it is called which is like a wooden handle with a wire basket on it that we can use for straining ravioli and stuff like that. We love it.

My 8 inch Japanese chef's knife. I use it all the time and a properly balanced (and sharp) knife is the best tool a cook can have.
