It's not the number of sit-ups. your abs will show themselves with a body fat % in the range of 10-12. No easy way. best b et is aerobic exercise.

the better abs you want, the more situps you do. I do about 220, but that's me... Everyone's body is different.

When I was in my 20's I use to do 300 ever other night....when something else wasn't going on...but I didn't have that TV six pack ....so doing them the right way or having a profession trainer is important if you need that LOOK
