Stop stressing about stuff!! You're young, you should be having fun! I assume you're not in school right now, so you shouldn't have to worry about that, but anything else that has you stressing, you should talk about with someone. Whenever I was stressed when I was your age, I would try to hide it, until finally I would break down and tell my mom (usually in tears) and then whatever it was would work out fine. Just have fun, girlie, that's all you need! Go get your hair cut, or a pedicure, or go shopping...all those things always relax me! Enjoy!

Take a bath. Lay on your bed and listen to calming music. Watch t.v. and eat your favorite comfort food. Take a nap. The list goes on sweetie, do what you know makes you relaxed.

Create an expression book for yourself. Get yourself a sketch pad or art blank art book (no lines) and use it to get to know yourself better. Write in it, doodle, cut and paste things from magazines, pictures. Write about your dreams, your hopes, your fears and the world as you see it.

Creating this book can give you an outlet for your feelings and emotions, and help you create your own book about your life!

try talking to a friend or to your mom. or eat! (thats what i do when i need to relax, but im 16) or go swimming or take a hot shower or bath its really soothing.
