My neighbor has been staring at me for a while. Finally, one day we got to talk. I introduced my self and thank him for a favor he did. He was polite and so forth.Everytime I've seen him he stares at me. I know his sister and we talked, she wanted to know all about me.The next day I saw him, I said Hi and he was shocked to see me and just quickly turnedaround. I truly wanted us to be friends but ever since he found out that I'm in a relationship, he is avoiding me. He knows I can't date him but why he won't be friends. I tried to ask them to hang out with me but they always find excuses. Sometimes I'm angry and think that him and his sister are just plain rude. He is not even saying "Hi"...come on now. what is that?? But, every time his friends see me they all stare at me. He always tell his friends something as soon as he sees me.They are from Brazil. what do you think is going on?

He likes you, however you are in a relationship and he probably wants to avoid you for the fear of getting in to any awkward situation. He seems to be a nice guy(he did u a favor too, without knowing u well!) He just wants to keep things simple for himself because more he gets involved with you, harder it will be for him to hide his feelings for you(atleast that's what he is thinking!)
He is staring at you, because he can't resist you, leave him alone for a few days, don't say "hi" yourself, wait for him, he might come around on his own, and if he does not... you probably should let him go.

Be careful girl, he wants your pants for sure , on the other hand its better for you to start avoiding him keep distance since you are in relationship, you did good ,you let him know that you are taken so if friendship is not good for him than he has something else in mind.
put it simple the guy has crash on you.

He wants you as his, and thats it.
Some people are all or nothing.
he may not see friendship as an option he may want to date you or have nothing to do with you.
