When i click on pictures or a web link (www.example.com) it dosent take me any where or does any thing. and sometimes when i click on shorcuts to internet web sites from my desktop a box apperars and it says program not found windows cannot locate file iexplore.exe

Use a different browser, go to the Microsoft web page, and download and reinstall Internet Explorer.

Download FireFox.
It's alot safer then Internet Explorer.
When you install FireFox it will ask if you want
to set it as your default browser. Select yes and
now your main browser is FireFox. Internet Explorer
is no longer needed.

if you're using XP, it automatically replaces it
but im not sure, because I deleted it several times, and when i went to c:/program files/internet explorer and deleted iexplorer.exe, it always came back in like three seconds.

or you could go to
http://www.repairpcbugs.com
in case you have other problems that reinstalling will not fix.
