Yellow leaves in houseplants might indicate too much water, too little light or a pest problem.
If your agapanthus is large and has broad leaves, it is an evergreen. If it is smaller and has narrow, pointed leaves, it might be deciduous.

One other indication of yellow leaves that is most common for outdoor plants is that your soil might lack nitrogen. Since agapanthus can grow in standing water, this might be the easiest fix for yours. Feed it a food that is high in the first number--Nitrogen. Fish emulsion is a good choice. You should notice a change for the better within 48 hours.

If your plant is in a pot, check for gnats in your soil and repot with new soil and a cleaned pot (use vinegar) if this is the case.

They are just going to rest. Leave them alone until they all die and then cut them off at the ground.

No remedy... it's just time for it to say goodbye for now until next year!
