Absolutely...anything by C.S Lewis is great! The whole book is composed of letters written by the Devil's apprentice (his nephew if I recall correctly) and how he tries to tempt mankind. Really a lot to write about...can get into spirituality, philosophy etc.

Yes! I would definitely recommend it! You won't be scrounging for something to write about if you choose it. Anything by C.S. Lewis is a good pick. So... in my opinion, the answer is yes.

Sure. The subtle and not-so-subtle allegories can be ellusive to the younger readers.

If you just said, "huh?" You might want to skim through it first.

CS Lewis is great.

Yes - it's pretty short and there's no doubt about what he is writing about and the message he is trying to send
