In U.S. licence boards of vehicles have letters and numbers. What are the significances of these letters and numbers ? Pl. help.

They're random. They have no real coded significance other than to identify your vehicle in the register of the department of motor vehicles.

Its just a way of identifying all the vehicles

Because not one licence plate can be the same
