The biggest deal ever was Alex Rodriguez's 252 million over 10 years. Thats not the most per season anyone has made but its the most in one contract. The biggest contract for one season I can recall is Michael Jordans 36 million for '98

Sports, I think either A-rod or Vick. A-rod was signed for something like 10 years and getting 250 million at the end of it. Vick got a big contract too, but I don't think as big.
