Someone “probably Freud” would argue that since females are disempowered since childhood and full of insecurities, they would normally turn into tyrants and abuse their positions if given any managerial spots

I guess all the people who are calling you a sexist pig have never been pulled over by a female cop!

I have never seen such blatant abuse of power as I see when I am dealing with a female police officer.

From what I've seen most all people should be required to undergo psychiatric evaluation before assuming managerial positions because there are a whole lot of tyrants who abuse their positions in managers of both sexes.

I disagree. I've seen many great females in managerial situations, and I've seen quite a few males in managerial positions that shouldn't have been there, ever. If one person needs a psychiatric evaluation before being granted a position of leadership, everyone should. Just as many women as men are capable of performing well in a managerial position, and just as many men as women would end up abusing their authority if given the position.

No but I do believe dysfunctional hormones has
EvERYTHING to do with a woman becoming
psychotic. Do these things and you will actually
see a normal human being !

1. Get her on a NHR, natural hormone replacement
60% of women have some sort of "thyroid disorder.
And that is ONLY the thyroid. We have about a dozen
endocrine glands
2. Get her on glandulars to support the other
organs in conjunction with whichever one is
malfunctioning.
3. Get her to consume some fat. Without fat
hormones cannot work-simple as that.
4. Get her out in the sun, the sun helps the
body manufacture vitamin D and helps regulate
the hypothalamus, which is important for sleep cycles
and mood.

Most women in america are sick as the men in this
country. It has absolutely nothing to do with genetics.
We just take poor care of ourselves.

Women are not naturally psychotic. They just
need more nourishment.

Some would also argue that men are superficial and don't always think with their brain and so would normally abuse their positions if given any managerial spot.

The truth is that there is nothing that is true about every man or every woman - and as our society grows and matures we tend to move away from this kind of silly thinking and look at people as individuals, instead of at their sex or race.

Peace!

That was then now we have quite the opposite set of problems. No-one should be evaluated by set test or we'd be on the march to a Soviet style economy w/out creativity. We already over test and have bureaucratised education to the point where humans/employees seem like robots compared to previous generations.

well, freud 's been dead a long time, things have changed. Many males fit that same profile.

Anyone who wants a "boss" position should be evaluated as to why they must be in control over others and how they would treat them.

yes they should but i would take this a few steps further, they should be evaluated before given the right to talk, get pregnant or vote, have a drivers license or be allowed out of the house.

Well........in my experience, most women who are in "higher" positions usually are tyrannical. I wouldn't go as far as to say they abuse their positions (i'm sure many do), but I know that most of the ones I've known have been very um....b*tchy. Which is probably how they got where they are. : )
