if you were told your ex did something "intolerable" and violated someone you loved....yet you were told there was not enough "evidence" to prosecute him...this is hard to deal with

again...I mean it's like he's getting away

I have not been with him for over a year
and have a restraining order he has violated
and is wanted on felony charges for this...
I never want to see him again..but this is
something new that just came up

You know the victim. Have you talked to him/her?

You know the accused. Have you talked to him?

What are their answers.

You are the district attorney, the trial lawyer judge, the jury, and the executioner (if need be). All the evidence you need to know is at your disposal.

It is your call.

What CAN you do, if you don't see him anymore, have a restraining order and there's not enough evidence to prosecute him?

I don't think this is someone I'd want in my life. I don't know if you're on speaking terms with him, but if you are you can ask him for his side of the story. If not, just forget he ever existed and move on. I don't know what he's accused of, but I hope things work out okay for you.

if they are talking not enough evidence that is leagle talk for he did it but we cant prove it beyond a doubt...yet. You know what to do so get some guts and get rid of the prev.

for one see if you can dig up dirt onhim most who do have done before, try to get as much info as possable that way cant be charged with slander then make sure anyone who knows him or goes out with him knows,

If it was done to one of my relatives, I would belive my family. Family comes first, there are plenty of guys out there.
