Is he for real? Does he have one of those long Saturday morning cartoon laughs when he does something he thinks is evil?

Well he dresses like Dr. No or Dr. Evil and he has the pre-requisite crazy haircut. I do think he laughs hysterically to himself while hatching diabolical plans, but I dont see him as having the arch villain laugh. His looks tells me he giggles like a school girl while hatching his schemes.

Perhaps he is hoping to get a cameo role in the next James Bond film, like Richard Branson.
