Looking for software for personal quotations collection?

I have been collecting quotations my entire life and the collection is too large to handle. I'm looking for a computer program where I can store them and search them by keyword or topic or author etc. There are existing programs for quotations ie. Oxford etc. but none that I can find for a personal collection. Any ideas?

Why not just a word processor.

You probably have Notepad on your computer.
