im confused. I want to get a new laptop but dont know if i should get a mac or a dell/etc. Whats the difference? I know pc run windows and mac dont but..which is better??

Depends on what you need to do. If you must use PC programs at work or have lots of PC games, get the Dell. If you want to use the internet, download music, store photos, make movies, write your own music, have your own website, be safe from time wasting malware, get the Mac. Once you have used a Mac, you would never go the other way unless forced to. The BS about Windows computers being lower in cost is a total illusion.

I personally like the PC but I can't say anything about the MAC. I'm sure the MAC could be just as good. But the PC is in a way better because a lot of programs aren't availible for the MAC. So I suggest you to get a PC.

the different between Mac and Dell are the brand, and quality of the device itself of course.
Mac runs on window too! PC is just more convenience and 'flexible' which mean to say PC has less restriction when come to running a program.

I own several websites and I have more members who complain about their Macs than the PC members. Macs are not compatible with a lot of programs and websites. Macs are also more expensive.

if u can get a mac that runs window games go for it but the only reason i would choose a PC is because most comp games only run on windows

I feel PC because everything is compatibl with the PC and the games are named PC but I do like that you can have to running hard drives but that's just too difficult I personally say PC is better.

WELL, MACs ARE USUALLY FOR BUSSINESSES AND COMPANIES AND STUFF BECAUSE U CANT REALLY HAVE A LOT OF THINGS IN UR MAC. BUT A PC IS BETTER, DEPENDS ON WHICH U BUY, U SHOULD BUY A SONY VAIO

well actually, macs do run windows now too. but get a mac, because you'll fall in love with it the minute you turn it on. ease of use.
