I don't know the answer to the first part, because I don't know that CD. As for listening to a track in reverse, there are several answers, though I doubt any will help you much.

One way is to get hold of a rare kind of CD player that plays forward and backward. I've seen them, but don't know where. I think dj's use them, so maybe you could ask someone who plays music for dances and parties, etc. I used to do that, but didn't have that kind of equipment.

Another answer is to get hold of an LP of the album (but I'm guessing there isn't any). Some artists still release albums on vinyl records (LPs) but most don't. I used to play music backwards by putting the LP on a turntable, setting the needle down on the record (but with the power off, so the platter doesn't spin) and spin it backwards with my finger in the center of the record. I got pretty good at it. But that won't help you if you can't find an LP or a turntable!

Next there's tape. If you can record it to a tape of some kind, some players will play it backward (but again that may be hard to find).

I'm guessing your best bet is to rip the track from the CD and then find some kind of software that will play tracks in reverse. I'm almost *sure* something like that exists, and may even be free. You might start at www.download.com and look in the section on music or whatever similar thing they call it.

Windows Media Player may even do that, for all I know. Or MusicMatch Jukebox, which is also free. It's a very good program.

Sorry I can't do better, but I figured any answer was better than none. Good luck.

OK, here's an update! I just figured out what software you can use, so all you need to do is get the track onto your computer. The software is called Audacity, and it's great for lots of other things. It's mostly for recording and multitracking audio, as I mentioned in another post. But I just tried playing a piece of an mp3 in reverse and it works great. (There's an "effects" menu, and reverse is one of the effects.)

No doubt there are other programs that do the same thing, as I mentioned above. I did look for it in Windows Media Player, though, and didn't find it.

I won't go into the details for Audacity here, since I don't know if you're going to get that or not, or if you want to figure it out on your own. But if you want more info, just send me an e-mail or post another question or something (just e-mail me to let me know you posted it, so I can have a fair chance at it!). There ya go. :-)
