I wanna find a Mirc Addon like when any body put command Ip to see ( nick ) , then this addon tell me This person ip and Country name .

It's pretty much impossible to know the IP of the person you're not in DCC with. The reason for this is that they are not directly connected to you. They are connected to the Internet _RELAY_ Chat server (IRC). The server RELAYS the information to you and you do not know the IP of the person who is typing to you in the channel. The only way for you to know the other person's IP is if your computer establishes a direct connection with this person, or you "obtain" the information from the IRC server. (ie. hacking)
