Would you sleep with Janet Reno to receive special favors at the tax payers expense?

Example: You somehow meet Janet Reno and decide that you need to kiss her #$@! You write her biography, tell her she’s a Goddess and continue on with an extended affair with her to gain favors of revenge against neighbors, ex-coworkers, former classmates using her connections with governmant agencies or whatever else she has available. I have a feeling that some people would (I'm only using Janet Reno’s name as an example). Would anyone here reading this do so and/or what do you think of such things?
