Im 17 years old my parents kicked me out of my house for no reason at all and i am not able to get a job and i need money b/c they will not sign custody over to my aunt and uncle so i cant even get my license is there anything i can do????

Definitely contact social services or have your aunt and uncle call. ( I assume you are living with them or hope to? They will see that you get the necessary paperwork to get a job, lisence and child support. And possibly charge them with child neglect depending on the situation. I have never heard of "parental probation" before.

You can go to social services to get money if you are 17 and if you are under 17 you can sue your parents for neglect !(Neglecting a minor) or you can be crazy and kill your parents.or you can just get yourself some friends or be like any other person and find out why your parents kicked you out by asking them !
