The Bad brains, the Dead Kennedys, White Flag, The Talking Heads, Reagon Youth,Don Letts, The Germs, X-Ray Spex, Black Randy and the Metro Squad, Richard Hell and the Voidoids, the Templars and the Suicidal Tendencies have all had black members. Theres even a documentary called AfroPunk about African Americans in the punk scene. The majority of the punk subculture is white but there's still ALOT of other races too.

Anyone who likes it can listen to it. But most of black people don't listen to this music, as well you don't see many Rock bands or punk band which members are black.
It's a music for everyone!

the only reason why most people sterotiplically think that its not is becasue of the fact that 1/4 of the punk community is a bunch of racist white power skinheads but theres tons of black people in punk there always has been most people are fighting for punk to be racially harmonized thus the song by the dead kennedys "nazi punks f- off"

I agree with the first response. Whatever music you like, whether it be punk rock, rap, R&B, classical, jazz, that music is for you. Music is the "universal language" for a reason - it's for everybody.

if they don't want to listen to they don't have to. most of the people who listen to punk rock, and most metal genre's are white.
but there have been some very good bands that were black and there are a few black fans. we don't hate black people for liking punk so they are free to.
