Can you get emancipated when you are on parental probation?

Im 17 years old my parents kicked me out of my house for no reason at all and i am not able to get a job and i need money b/c they will not sign custody over to my aunt and uncle so i cant even get my license is there anything i can do????

As much as possible solve your problem with your parents. Promise that you will do good things only. It is the only way to be emancipated from parental probation.
