I prefer clean hands, and will always wash when I think it gets unsanitary. As a result nowadays my hands get really dry after I wash. Its really uncomfortable, like as if my skin is just going to crack open. Aside from your regular lotion or moisturizer, is there anything out there I can use that would restore it's regular moisture?

I used to work in a hospital .We washed and scrubbed our hands often and our hansds got very dry. this also made them crack which increased the risk of bacteria entering the skin causing more problems. We used a cream called Bariere cream.(Not sure of spelling) You can buy this at any drug store and it works well.
