They could all be signs of Breast Cancer and they all can be signs of even just an infection. The ultrasound will explain a lot more. Actually as I look at the date, I see that was today. I hope things went smoothly.
Here is some information on Inflammorty Breast cancer. I am not saying this is what you have but it is a very painful form of Breast Cancer.

Inflammatory breast cancer is one of the most rare forms of breast cancer. The cancer gets its name because its main symptoms mimic those of a breast infection, such as mastitis, the inflammation of the mammary gland causing redness, tenderness, swelling, and pain in the breast. However, unlike mastitis, inflammatory breast cancer does not improve with antibiotic treatment. Because this type of breast cancer may be aggressive, it is treated with a combination of chemotherapy, surgery, radiation therapy, and hormone therapy.

As with most cancers, early detection and treatment increase survival rates.

Statistics

Estimates of the incidence of inflammatory breast cancer range from 1% to 3% of all breast cancers. Due to its aggressive nature, inflammatory breast cancer may be advanced at the time of diagnosis and may be treated similar to a late stage breast cancer.

Cancer statistics should be interpreted with caution. These estimates are based on data from thousands of cases of this type of cancer in the United States each year, but the actual risk for a particular individual may differ. It is not possible to tell a woman how long she will live with inflammatory breast cancer. Because the survival statistics are measured in five-year (or sometimes one-year) intervals, they may not represent advances made in the treatment or diagnosis of this cancer.

Can all be signs of breast cancer. My mother and grandmother were diagnosed within two weeks of one another a couple of years ago. Discharge from nipple is another symptom of breast cancer. Discharge can also be a sign of an STD. Dont mess around, get to the dr. now. Breast cancer can be cured if caught early.

Sister why are you asking us instead of making that doctors appointment? It is probably an infection but you really need to call tomorrow for an appointment.

Hugs!
