If this is a real dream she has, it is probably a random dream. She probably wants to have children one day and right now she's with you. Dreams are kind of random sometimes. If she told you about it though, she is probably reading more into it than she should.
Talk to her if you are concerned. If you are having intercourse I would suggest wearing a condom because she could lie to you about taking birth control (or being consistent with it) and might try to get pregnant on purpose. Not all girls would do this, but you haven't really mentioned her personality.
If you love her, tell her you do, and tell her that you are not ready to have children. Tell her that you want more for both of your futures and that it might be something you would consider in the future. (only if it's true) Otherwise tell her what you think about the whole situation. If her mentioning it scared you, then you should tell her. Be honest.

It doesn't necessarily mean that she wants to have your baby. Don't get too afraid or anything. This kind of dream just shows commitment and love for you. If she is dreaming that you are responsible, mature and loving enough to have her baby, then she must feel that way about you. I wouldn't worry at all; take it as a compliment and continuing being a great boyfriend.

Dreams are always a window into the mind. When you are thinking of something all the time it does not stop when you fall sleep. It's on her mind. If she really wants you baby or not she is at least thinking about it with some detail. Rings first, good luck.

well i am a girl and i dream of the same thing....
