I heard about the movie coming out this winter. Anyone know where I can get some info on it, maybe cast pictures and bios or whatever? I already tried www.eragonmovie.com and got...nothing.

Ok, number one, when I went to eragonmovie.com, I didn't get "nothing" I just didn't get what I was looking for, it's called a figure of speech, which is something our friend Nikki obviously doesn't understand.

Thanks to everyone but Nikki. To Nikki:

I typed in "Eragon movie" into Google and got the site immediately. Maybe you just need to try again.
In theaters December 15. There will be more info there soon it seems. Looks like a game is coming too. You can sign up for eMail updates.

There are reviews beginning to come out too:
"Eragon: The Movie," which just finished filming in Budapest, with first time director, El Paso, Texas native, Stefan Fangmeier, (whose credits include visual effects supervisor on many Academy Award winning films:"Gladiator," "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events," "Master & Commander," "The Perfect Storm" and "Saving Private Ryan"), behind the camera, boasts an all star cast, the large majority, Academy Award nominees.
Jeremy Irons plays Brom. John Malkovich plays Galbatorix. Djimon Hinsou as Ajihad. Seventeen year old, British ewcomer, Edward Speleers, gets into the shoes of "Eragon." Robert Carlyle, Christopher Paolini, Sienna Guillory and Garrett Hedlund co-star.
If the music sounds a little Harry Potterish, well, it shouldn't come as a shock. "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," composer Patrick Doyle will be scoring the film.
STARRING: Edward Speleers, Djimon Hounsou, Jeremy Irons, John Malkovich, Robert Carlyle, Christopher Paolini, Sienna Guillory, Garrett Hedlund, Joss Stone
DIRECTOR: Stefen Fangmeier
RATING: PG
STUDIO: 20th Century Fox

Look it up on yahoo movies, they've got all kinds of movies that are actually going to happen, and movies that are rumored to happen. They even have pictures and whatever on most movies. It's gonna be a great movie though, if they follow the book close enough.
