Why don't you just ask her straight up? If she loves you/ cares about you the least she can do is be honest with you. If you really want to know if she is cheating or not, just make her tell you herself...its better than "spying" on her. In the end of the day when you spy on her, it makes you look bad ( whether you cheated on her or not). Don't spoil your image.

Generally, she will be spending more time away from the house. And then other signs are new hobbies, perhaps working out more, a dramatic change in grooming or appearance, a lack of interest in you and/or sex with you. As for confirming your suspicion, you'd really have to talk it out with her. But if she's seriously not cheating, it could really hurt her feelings that you don't trust her. Just try to be absolutely sure before you walk that path.

Is she distant? Does she avoid conversations with you, especially about where she has been or what she has been doing? Does she spend a lot of time away from home with her "girlfriends"? Does she do any new moves in bed you haven't seen her do before? Does she call out someone else's name when she is asleep (in her dreams)? Does she spend a lot of time on "buisiness trips"?
They tell women that if they suspect it, it is probably happening. I think guys have good intuition too. Make sure you're not just being jealous and posessive. If you are still suspicious, you can hire a private detective.
Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.
You may want to look into improving your relationship with her.

Look for her to become emotionally withdrawn from u.. extremely moody one moment depressed next extremely happy for no apparent reason.. making up alot of excuses to leave the house, or for you to leave the house .. things she use to care about that u did, she doesnt anymore.. like if u are the kind of guy that likes to go hang out with friends on saturday nights and she usually hates u going but suddenly is pushing u out the door wanting you to go.. that sort of thing.. her being extremely defensive about trivial things.. ect.. most woman u wont find evidence as far as paper trail .. so u need to see other types of changes in her demeanor and natural routines of things..

Forget all this "communications" bull...do you really think she is going to level with you..now that is naive! If you really think that, hire a PI and catch here in 8X10 glossys. I would hope you are prepared for the worst, for if she is, what are you going to do about it. Or is this the song, "I wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then." Some things are better left alone.

She will lose interest in things that used to interest her. She will seem preoccupied with her thoughts. She will be impatient with the kids and less interested in their lives. You will not hear her cell phone ring anymore. (she keeps it on vibrate so you won't question who's calling) She starts dressing younger and cuter. She starts being nicer to you out of guilt or meaner to you out of disinterest. She becomes less interested in the household. She will lose weight.
I did each and every one of those things and feel like such a guilty jerk! Wish I had never done it!

If she is cheating her attitude will change. She will start arguments just so she can leave the house. She will hide her cell phone or keep it on vibrate so you won't hear it.Different perfume, singing and being happy when you know that you all have been fighting. She will lie about where she's been.

changes in daily activity and use reverse psychology on her. Tell her your friend saw her with a guy one night and see how she responds. If she gets funky and start asking questions, then she is cheatin. If she say it was not her and blow you off, then you are safe.
