ya even though i am getting alot of things i have always wanted, make no mistake i have realy had to work for them and wait for them. its worth it when you get those things. there are still some things i am working on to help get me exactly where i feel i should be. i still want to work so i am looking for something i can do at home part time or full time. i guess we all get there its just a timing thing?

I am 41 and finally where I always wanted to be!! I had always dreamed of having an awesome husband that loves, respects, and cherishes me (I finally have that in my fiance), have my own home (finally getting that), and have children (I helped my ex husband to raise his 2 kids and my fiance has 3 teen girls but couldn't have my own kids). I am finally super happy with my life and how it is going and with the mate I have chosen to be with (my ex husband is a total loser, liar, cheater, abuser, drug user/abuser, etc). I knew that I would get here someday, but just wasn't sure when.

No, I'm not. I always thought I'd be working in one job a long time. I've never kept a job very long most of the jobs I had were temp- including one that was oncall. ALways thought I'd have a job by now and married by the time I was 30. Always thought I'd be father, by the time I was 40. But I'm 42, still single and still a virgin. Been engaed twice, and both engagements self desrtucted. But only the first one should have. I'm still looking for a new job. But I am living alone with my cat, I do drive and I do cook and bake.

I am a stay at home mother and pretty content. This is what I always thought I would be. I would like to be better off financially but sometimes I don't think anyone is happy about their finances.

I'm not. Things really haven't turned out the way I thought they would. Gratefully even though some not so good stuff has happened some of the best things have happened to me as well. Like I met, who I believe to be the love of my life, and I never thought that would happen until years and i mean YEARS to come. Good Luck to you and your husband and to your future family!

Hi, well I didn't get to that stage yet. But it is important to feel happy with yourself wherever you are. I am happy with my life the way I am now. However, there is always room for improvement. Afterall, thats why we are living, to constantly strive to be a better person.

i am happy with the family part of my life, but the rest of it i wish i would have paid more attention in school to get a better career. i wish i hadn't married right out of high school. am glad i divorced a year later. It really is like you wake up one day and say to yourself "oh my god i am so and so old".
