Well the first thing is, do you talk to her or does she talk to you without your other half being their, first thing to find out is, what do you have in common, if you not happy and she's not happy, then give it a shot and tell her. But if she is happy, then please try not to reck a perfectly good marriage. Talk to your wife and tell her how you feel, you guys might have to do something to spice up your life again, the same way when you met her in the first place, where no one else matters. Get away from home for awhile, some change might do you some good. Keep in mind your other half left her world to be with you. you wouldn't want to break her heart and trust..... And what is it you hope to accomplish by this. She may not feel the same way and then what an "***" you would make of yourself. Just be happy with what you got, lifes way too short to go looking for problems you dont really want or need my friend. Infatuations arent worth the trouble and acting upon them nevers brings the results you are hoping for. Search inside your own marriage for the answers you seek! good luck

No don't tell her! and yes we all have a neighbour we fancy like hell, but if married either way, then don't risk yours or theirs or both. would be selfish to do so

keep it to yourself for a while and maybe it will go away.
if it dont, just some casual talks and get to know whether she's feeling the same. slowly does it, you dont want to frighten her away. better to remain friends and enjoy the secret admiring than not in talking terms?
take it a step at a time and see how it goes. back off if it dont favour your way. remember freinds are beetr than enemies.
gotta watch out for the other halves!

Get some self control, you made a committment to your wife. There are always going to be temptations out there. This is not worth it, think how you would feel if this were reversed!!

You shouldn't "fancy" your neighbour
1) your married
2) she is married
It is best that you don't tell her... its probably a phase that you will eventually over come.
