Against the rules!
I do not play runescape, but I do play neopets, and I know that it is against the rules to give, sell, recieve, buy, or trade someone else's account. I'm sure this must also break runescape's rules.
This is reportable as spam on yahoo answers, as well as scamming for neopets. If anyone knows more about runescape's rules please post.

neopets already provides you a free account and think ofyou've got as a lot as 5 of them, you dont favor charges from us till your in basic terms hoping we've a lot of neopoints or something that you receives. also getting charges from different consumers is antagonistic to the rules.

runescape is dumb as is neopets.
