I live in a multiculteral area. We displayed flags of the countries we wanted to win on our cars, mine was England. What is the flag with a white star on a blue background?

The flag is completely blue with a white star in the centre. It started appearing on the streets of Toronto, Canada just before the final match against Itlay and France.

Was the flag half blue half white...did it have some yellow on it too?
Ok I thought it was something else...I looked it up and that's the flag from CHILE.

None of the 32 countries at the World Cup had that for their flag.But that must have been the flag of Somalia(located in Africa).By the way I'm also in Canada and my Ghana flag is still flying on the balcony.
