infact they have crossed paths many times and juggy has always come out on top...
but only because even thou the hulk gets stronger he looses his ability to reason where as juggy keeps a cool head and beat the hulk with crude cunning for the street thug and military trainning he has wher as hulk has nothing but pure rage.

everyone is saying that hulk would win. but everyone is forgetting that, even juggarnaut is unbeatable. because the only thing that let juggarnaut down is his weak mind. so with his helmet on his head he will be unbeatable too. so I would rather say that both will quit the fight after some time.

Yea, definetly the Hulk, the angrier he got, the stronger he'd get. Sure, the Juggernaut is unstoppable, but the Hulk has almost limitless strength - he could just throw him into space or rip his precious armor off. Without the armor, he's hulk food.
