It started while I was stretching, I actually felt like I had pulled a muscle in my stomach and it felt similar to like a cramp you would get in your leg only I got it in my stomach. Well now I feel like there is a piece of something moving in my stomach. It doesn't hurt but it is very uncomfortable it last maybe 3-5 seconds. I am not pregnant, and now I get the "cramps" in my stomach only when I lift something heavy or bend too much. The weird movement happens about 1-2 times a day at least. Please Help

I'm pretty sure it's just gas. I've had three babies and, yes, I did start feeling the baby move earlier than I did the first time I was pregnant, but it's probably still going to be another 7 weeks or so before you feel baby moving for real. I'm not pregnant right now and every now and then I will feel gas that feels exactly like those baby flutters. It really weirds me out since I KNOW there's no baby in there! So I think you're just feeling gas that feels very similar to baby flutters. Good luck with your pregnancy!

I'm not a doctor so I can't say what it is, but maybe you should go get checked to make sure its not a hernia. The fact that the slight pain keeps coming may be a sign of something. But it does sound like a hernia.

Yikes, that would be disconcerting. Call your doctor, make an appointment, and explain what happened when you make the appointment so they can determine how urgently you need to be evaluated. If they can't see you before the weekend, you can ask to talk to the doctor (she can call you back) to find out if there's anything you should be cautious of in the meantime (activity or symptom-wise).

you could have a tear in your muscle and it might be the start of a hernia. Go get it checked out.
