Sounds like your system is out of order but why? See a Doctor, could be a symptom of something more serious, maybe a cyst or a hemorrhoid you can't see. Rule that out first and then get on with the fiber and dietary changes. Most people pass a bowel once every day or every other day. Eating at regular times can also help also going for a daily walk, not only is good for you but can give you a whole different outlook on things. Pick a time of day that isn't too hot, it should be relaxing and pleasant, start out walking around the "block" and increase your distance when ever you feel like you can. :)

Sounds like you dont drink enough water. You should drink at least 1 liter a day--everyday. But a few 1 liter water bottle from the store--and make sure to drink 1 per day..Also a good trick is HOT TEA IN THE MORNING WITH MILK..Hot water helps the bowesl to get loose first thing in the morning. Plus, eating Prunes every day will help out a lot, since Prunes are a natural laxative fruit--but you must must drink water--not soda-not juice--WATER...Constipation is not good--it causes so many problems... Buy some Cascara Sagrada--which is a Natural Herbal laxative--and take 3 every Saturday night--its good to clean out with a laxative every weekend--but do not use them every day.

Honestly, in the morning drink 2 full glasses of water while you are getting your day started. Just keep drinking water for the first hour while you are up and that will get things moving. What you eat is important too, try to stay consistent with what you eat, by that I mean don't eat lots of starch (corn, potatoes, bread, white flour etc) on one day and then no starch the next and then another heavy carb day .... that will make your system out of balance. Anyway, I drink 2 glasses of water in the AM and am feeling great ! Good luck.

Some oral apperients and some suppositories to soften the stool. Then, when you give way to some of that matter, have an enema to relieve the rest of it. Go to the chemist and get some. Then when you have cleared it all, make sure you eat an adequate diet and drink lots of water each day.

There is a natural tea you can drink, the name is called Smooth Move. This is what my sister used when going through chemotherapy. It is all natural and safe to use. Ask for it at your local health food store. Sometimes it is in the grocery store too.

Eat more fiber and salads. Drink more water. I've heard raisins do the trick. Try flax seeds too.
