How to have more confidence in certain aspects of my life. I have certain clear cut insecurities that really keep me from doing things that I want to do. A one hour long lesson on how to feel more confident would be fantastic. (However, it sounds more like it might need to be a therapy session. lol)

I started with guitar and went through a myriad of other instruments, and I think that I am just a slow learner and in an hour I couldn't learn much except how to sing a song--so melody or harmony and some lyrics.
