i heard that in the psuedoscience of phrenology, where they read the pattern of bumps on your head to tell what kind of person u were, if you had no bumps on ur head at the time of the reading, they would oblige you by hitting you on the head and making some. is this true?

That would be like a palm reader cutting your hand if you didn't have any lines on your palms.

No - tho in one of Terry Pratchett's books there is someone who gives people bumps in order to give them the corresponding virtue.

Not true, and a true Phrenologist would be able to read you no matter the shape of your head. Their either gifted or not. LOL.
