Haven't they started that with the subordinate politicians already? I bet they already do it in prisons. It is a fact they are doing it in Institutions to people who've waived their rights. Check the Patriot Act, technically the American people as a whole have already waived their rights and the lobotomies are just a few months away...it's coming!

Possibly 'they' have already considered genetic lobotomies but are just finding a way of selling it to the people.
Would we know if they'd already done it?

Perhaps, seems a bit extreme but to iron out individual thought you can't go wrong with a good old lobotomy!
