A rather complex question. First, find out if you can legally operate your business at this residential address. Next, what are the existing parking regulations in the neighborhood? Finally, you may have CC & R's which regulate the time, type and condition of any vehicles parked outside the house (check with your local escrow company for a copy of any CC & R's).

You can park in any road providing you are not causing an obstruction and there are no parking restrictions applicable to that road.
Contrary to what appears to be popular belief, no one has a divine right to a parking space outside their house.

This depends on your lease and local by-laws.

I have an office in a professional building where parking is permitted for tenants and for customers of tenants. There are some reserved spots for some of the larger tenants, but there is usually parking available for whoever comes in to see us.

However, if somebody is telling you that you can't park outside your office or your home, ask them to cite a local ordinance.

It depends on your local laws, but technically you have no rights where this is concerned because the property is not yours. On most streets, you're allowed to park outside your house or business, but the municipality doesn't have to allow it, and it's not a right.

i dont understand the question..

but in the UK, you have no right to park your car on the road outside your house. in other words, the space on the road directly outside of your house, is not yours, you do not have a claim on it.

Depends on the restrictions laid dow by your local council - they own the roads, they say who parks where. Not a thing we can do about it.....
