Ooh, this is good. Any combination or any of these colors alone will work; gold, deep yellow or a coral/orange-ish eyeshadow. As far as your eyes appearing larger, line both top and bottom with black eyeliner, bot only half way on bottom and 3/4 of the way up top. Possibly experiment with a deep blue liner on the bottom.

To make them appear bigger -- Lining with a white pencil in the inner rim. Find a good quality, soft pencil that won't tug on the eye. Also, using an eyelash curler b4 mascara opens the eyes.

mascara and whitle liner in the inside are good ways to make eyes look a little bigger and not too much eye shadow... probably light colors like purple or green. depends on what your wearing at the time

If you use dark blue eyeliner, it will make your blue eyes stand out even more. Depending on your skin tones, a bronzy shimmer eye shadow is nice to finish off the look

No blue shadow on blue eyes. Or green or purple. Makes you look trashy and does nothing to emphasize the eyes. Soft brown, taupe, shimmery beige, champagne, soft lilac taupe, or grey lavender are fine. Black, navy blue, charcoal, or brown mascara and liners.

i also have blue eyes and i prefer to wear taupe, browns, and gold colored eye shadow with brown eye liner and mascara. I think blue on blue is too much.

Brown mascara and taupe-tone eye shadows make blue eyes pop. And look much more natural than black.

Purples, silvers, camels, taupes, and browns. Make sure theyre a really pretty color, like pastel or some shimmer. use it on your whole lid and blend well. I'd do eyeliner in black close to lash line top and bottom for the big-round effect.

Line the inner rim of your eyes(only do this if you don't have sensitive eyes) then smudge. Try a dark grey, dark blue ,and silver combo.Looks great on Ashley

the smokey eye should look good, or some blue eyeshadow only if youre wearing something blue, so it matches.
and to make your eyes look better, i can only help you in taking pictures. when your in a picture, to make your eyes look big, tilt your head down. if you want them to appear smaller, tilt your head up... but you know not drastically down or up cause then i`ll just look like your nuts. =]
