how do you allow pops to be turned on?

i tried playing chess on line and when i tried to play someone it said that i needed pop ups to be turned on and i don't know how to do it. i tried turning it on the norton anti virus and it still didn't work.

That's a crock.... you never need pop ups to be turned on, it's a gimmick.... Play the games you can play without pop ups,,, they bog down your system and mess up you firewall system... Trust me, don't do it...

on the top of your homepage u will see a menu:file,edit,view,favourite, tools and help.click on the tools bar.u then go down to pop-up blocker.then click on turn on pop-up blocker.it should work there.
