Ok, thanks for all the great answers, I got too many laughs. It is hard to pick a winner from a toupe to cough syrup. Geez, I would have thought car keys and a condom would do!!!!

Willys cynical thought for the day;
I'm so old I remember when 'cell phones' hung on the wall at the county jail!
I have left home, not mine, naked no money keys etc. 30 yrs ago I hope I learned enough from that to never leave home without money! But from here I always have at least 1 Blues Harp!

Well there are the usual things; cell phone, keys, a pen, clothes, but I'd like to think the thing most special would be - my sense of humor.

I never leave my house without my glasses...
Second and third places go to- a smile and my wedding ring.
Clothes are always a good idea, wether it's pants/shirt, skirt/blouse, dress, shorts/shirt, etc...
Usually I have my keys, wallet (driver's license, debit card, etc.)

Hi,,,,, here are a few items....... extra undies in a carry on... alieve.. cough syrup, immodium,, eye drops, small umbrella,, mad money hidden... copy of your passport,, and credit cards... to carry when you are walking around,,, not on you....(the passport copy)....
