No way.
I work in a tattoo shop.
Everybody heals differently. You can strip the colour right our of your tattoo.
Your NOT supposed to submerge the scab under water for the entire healing proses.
Sometimes this can be 1 to 2 weeks. Its summer time, which is the worst time to get a foot or ankle tattoo, ( because of dirt and wearing sandals and being prone to infection). I would say wait 2 weeks.
Basically don't pick the scab, but wait until it naturally falls off by itself. Then underneath there will be a clear 'onion' scab under the hard scab. You have to wait until that falls off too. Once both layers of scab fall off your tattoo is healed.
Keep in mind that a tattoo is an open wound, and is prone to infection. When you get a pedicure, you are putting yourself at risk to all the dirtiness there because many pedicure places cross contaminate and use dirty tools.(even if it looks clean-its still dirty, watch and see they don't use new tools evey time) They also don't clean out the foot tubs properly. You don't want to risk getting someone's foot bacteria into your tattoo.
You also have to make sure you don't have an infection before you get your pedicure. Foot tattoos are prone to infection in the summer. If you get an infection, it can cause scar tissue and the tattoo can heal all bumpy.
Good luck, but I would advise against the pedicure.

No. Not only will the soaking be bad for it, but you don't want other people touching it while it's healing. And you never know what bacteria and viruses are on the instruments they use or in the tubs.
To preserve your tattoo (and possibly your health), I think you should wait at least a full week.

i wouldn't if i were you, i would wait another week or two. and when you get it, tell whoever it is tht is giving you the pedicure about the tattoo and when you got it, just so they know to be careful.
