Mars does have clouds. Not as many as Earth, but some.

Because there were clouds on Mars a long, long time ago, as well as human life. There was also life on the asteroid belt, but their disaster was a lot worse than Mars. Mars' disaster was a lot worse than Earth's. And now Venus is where it is.

This is Hollywood we're talking about, they dont know that much about Mars, but that doesnt mean that there aren't clouds on Mars, it still has an atmosphere, even though it is really thin.

Mars does have an atmosphere. If you were on mars the sky would be close to a pink color as opposed to our blue.Now water clouds on mars? I dont think so, but sulfur clouds probably.

Mars does have clouds. Just not very often. More often than not, they are clouds of dust from the dust storms that occur, sometime getting so large as to encompass the entire planet for weeks.

I have no idea about any trailer, but...

There are two distinct cloud layers on Mars; one is (in fact) water vapor, and the other is CO-2 vapor. Which one dominates depends upon the season, and the latitude you're investigating.
