I'm looking up stuff for my brother on a project that he's doing for an online history course. He needs to find interest groups that are against protecting American history. This may be hard to find, so he might have to pick another topic.

I don't know but that is a good idea. Every town in America seems to think their downtown is historic and should be protected. This is a ridiculous roadblock to progress. Sure we should save a few old towns but not all of them. This information was missing from your details so I thought I'd add it.

I'll have to admit I cringe each time they implode a historic building to put up a new one, but this seems to be what people want in my area.
