The query is not whether you will be banned or not, it is rather do you know the definition of each word?
If not....here you go:
********* is a word synonymous with stingy and miserly, and a niggard (noun) is a miser. They are both derived from the Old Norse verb nigla, meaning "to fuss about small matters". (The English word "niggle" retains the original Norse meaning.)
So the answer to your question is NO......you will not be banned; now if you are trying to use the prejudicial term...you should be banned from here and society as a whole....that is truly a vile term and should never be uttered in either form with the -er on the end of it or with the -a on the end. One is just as bad as the other....

Naw, they are perfectly acceptable English words. ********* means "reluctant to spend" doesn't it? It's fine.
