I do Yoga 30 minutes twice a week and go to the gym often, at the gym I go on the treadmill and sometimes do weightlifting, but I get concerned my legs will just become bulky and musclely and not skinny. My cousin has the skinniest legs and the world, altough she has a normal upper body, everyone thinks she has a good figure, I WISH I HAD HER LEGS!

Strength training is much more than quickly lifting a few weights. When you strength train with weights, you're using your muscles to work against the extra pounds; this strengthens and increases the amount of muscle mass in your body by making your muscles work harder than they're used to. Regular aerobic exercise, such as running or using a stationary bike, makes your muscles use oxygen more efficiently and strengthens your heart and lungs.

Your physique is skinny up precise yet your legs are huge (extraordinarily your thighs) considering you have undesirable fat, no longer organic fat. that's relatively helpful to initiate eating wholesome ingredients and a minimum of a serving of end result and a serving of vegetables in step with meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) an afternoon and in straightforward terms drink water. Plus workout frequently and don't consume various meat! i might propose in straightforward terms eating meat as quickly as each week (fish, turkey, and poultry is okay.)

Try Pilates, it´s the best for abs, legs and hips. My body has changed with Pilates.
Jumping rope also could slim them down, when have you seen a fighter with big legs?
Good luck.
