When the popular, restless Landon Carter is forced to participate in the school drama production he falls in love with Jamie Sullivan, the daughter of the town's minister. Jamie has a "to-do" list for her life and also a very big secret she must keep from Landon.

Another Nicholas Sparks movie...I love it.
Each spring in the little port town of Beaufort, North Carolina, when the wind smells of pine and salt and the sea, Landon Carter remembers his senior year at Beaufort High and Jamie Sullivan, the girl who changed his life... Serious and conservative, Jamie is the daughter of the town's Baptist minister and not afraid of letting people know that her faith is the most important part of her life, even if it cost her some friends. After a harmless prank goes terribly wrong, Landon is forced to tutor a young student at a poor school and participate in the Drama Club's spring play - two activities the principal hopes will teach him some humility. They also happen to throw him into close contact with Jamie. Clearly in over his head, Landon is forced to ask her for help. Soon, against his own expectations, Landon finds himself falling in love with this outwardly plain girl who possesses a passion for life he never imagined possible.

A young girl with cancer falls in love. A VERY good movie. I love Nicholas Sparks. If you have heard of any of his other books made into a movie you will know how good Walk to remember is.. Try Message in a Bottle, The Notebook, The Rescue. To many to name but he is an awesome writer. Always a tear jerker.....

It's based on the novel of the same name by Nicholas Sparks. It tells the story of how two teenagers fall in love, despite their differences - the guy's popular, and the girl's not very well liked. Over time they come to be accepted, despite the tragedy that is about to change their lives.
I enjoyed the movie. If you like romance, and drama, then give the movie a go.

A Walk To Remember is a good movie. It is about a girl who went school and always got talked about. They did not know she had cancer. Just so happened one of the boys who talked about her got in some trouble. He had to do a musical play with her but he needed help. She told him that she would help if he did not fall in love with her. So he agreed. But as they went through he fell in love with her. Then after a while when they was together she told him that she had cancer. After that they got married and a summer after that she died. That was a real good movie u should watch it.

It's about a girl who is sick and has a limited time to live and she falls in love with a boy but is afraid to hurt him so she tries to leave him then the boy won her heart again and gets back together and he sticks by her side til she dies

It's about a really dumb girl who falls in love with an even dumber guy. Then she dies.
My sister LOVES that movie but I can't stand it, it's stupid.

Mandy moore has cancer and is a dork in HS. The popular boy finally becomes friends with her, then he changes his ways and becomes more like her kinda. the basically fall in love and she dies. Its pretty stupid actually.

It's a very good movie, but make sure you have tissues handy-it's a tear jerker.
