Marshalls, Kohls, Styles for Less, and Rue 21 are usually pretty cheap. Aeropostale is also a good store, they always have great sales and are inexpensive anyways. Also, just checking the clearance section of any store. I get a lot of clothes from Abercrombie, American Eagle, and Hollister that are on sale and cute. It also usually works out well to shop for clearance online.

Well, Wal-Mart is always a good choice if you're wanting some really cute clothes at a affordable price. Yet, thier is always sales going on at the clothing stores like Old Navy and so on. Just look around at different places and shop for good deals. Oh, yeah, there is also Ross. They have tons of name brand clothing there, and you are bound to find something you'll like there for sure. Happy Hunting.

What i do, and this always works. Spend your money first at walmart, kmart, marshalls, ross, old navy...etc etc...and get basics. T-shirts jeans sandals belts. Then take a lil extra and buy yourself and espensive coat, or purse, and shoes. Wear all them together and you will look like all your clothes came from expensive stores. Swear. I have been doing it for years. No one ever knows they come from wal mart. (also the ppl that do have the same walmart clothes as me, never know it and can never tell cause i pair it with cute stuff from somewhere else. it blows there mind everytime)

Try Kohls and Ross.
But also many stores have wonderfull back to school sales. So you can still get the brands but for a cheaper price.
Macys always has a really good sale rack.
Playto's Closet (i'm not sure how to spell it) has barley used brand name clothes for really really cheap!
Remember... don't look for quantity, look for quality (what looks best on you)

H&M and Target are both good places to shop cheap. H&M has really cute ( and inexpensive) clothes, and Target has great shoes, bags, and jewlery...oh and Old Navy is a good one too. It's like a less expensive version of the Gap...Good luck and happy shopping!

H&M is a good store because they have designer clothes for cheap prices. There's also Target. They have a lot of new designers with runway-inspired looks.
